North is a unique conceptual restaurant concept that takes inspiration from the traditional cuisines of the Pacific Northwest Native Americans and Scandinavians. Their seasonal menu features a blend of classic and contemporary cooking techniques, highlighting locally sourced and foraged ingredients. They also brew and sell their own mead.

In addition to researching Native American and Scandinavian art, I also immersed myself in their cultures and cuisine, along with the art of making mead. As a result, the creative process extended beyond the label design and encompassed the creation of a complete brand identity, including mead labels, signage, and aprons. To produce the prototype aprons, I utilized screen printing .
